Causeway est un organisme sans but lucratif qui aide les personnes atteintes de maladies mentales et autres troubles \u00e0 trouver un emploi enrichissant et constructif et \u00e0 vivre de fa\u00e7on plus ind\u00e9pendante. En aidant ces personnes \u00e0 surmonter leurs difficult\u00e9s et \u00e0 atteindre leur plein potentiel, nous contribuons \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des collectivit\u00e9s plus fortes et plus inclusives.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Fond\u00e9 en 1977, Causeway a pour mission d\u2019aider les personnes atteintes de maladies mentales \u00e0 trouver un emploi. Au cours de sa quarantaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es d\u2019existence, Causeway a \u00e9largi ses activit\u00e9s et accru ses r\u00e9sultats en vue de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins d\u2019un spectre plus large de personnes. Nous sommes constamment \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019innovations. C\u2019est cette philosophie qui nous distingue vraiment des autres. Elle nous permet de transformer des vies et de changer la collectivit\u00e9 en menant de nouvelles initiatives communautaires et en faisant \u0153uvre de pionnier dans le domaine de l\u2019entreprise sociale. <\/span><\/p>\n

\r\n\r\nNotre vision : un milieu de travail o\u00f9 l\u2019apport de chaque personne est inestimable, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que les capacit\u00e9s et les contributions de tous sont si pr\u00e9cieuses qu\u2019il est impossible de les estimer. Ce que chaque personne offre \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne se mesure pas seulement en terme d\u2019\u00e9conomie. En jouant un r\u00f4le actif dans la collectivit\u00e9 et en travaillant au bien commun, on engendre de nouveaux moments porteurs d\u2019espoir, de perspective et de sens pour soi et pour les autres.
